Only stayed one night on a road trip through. The one bedroom suite was spacious and having the kitchenette was nice to have. We were close to restaurants to order take out (east side marios) and the pool with slide was fun for our 11 year old. Beds were sufficiently comfortable and 2 bathrooms in the suite was nice to have as well

The bed was extremely comfortable with excellent linens, and the room lighting was wonderful which I appreciate as so many hotel rooms are dimly lit. Either this hotel is newly built or recently renovated because everything is in great shape. The window actually opened wide so that you could get fresh air. The room was very clean and the staff were friendly.

Had car trouble in Jasper. Unable to make it for July 19th reservation but got them to keep my reservation for other 2 nights. The staff managed to get us another night stay. The staff were all very helpful and friendly.

The room was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well (important at the height of summer!) The location was convenient, being within walking distance of several restaurants.

We loved almost everything about the kitchenette suite. The size was wonderful for 5 people. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was so nice.

The staff were amazing. The hotel is beautiful and in a very convenient location. It was a really nice ,relaxing place to stay.

This Best Western exceeded my expectations. It was well maintained, good value for money and the staff were friendly and helpful. A bonus was the small restaurant, The Modern Olive. The food was excellent.
